Onboarding to the Continia Delivery Network
- 3 min.
Before you can start using Continia eDocuments, your company must be onboarded to the Continia Delivery Network. Currently, you can onboard either to the PEPPOL eDelivery Network or to the NemHandel network (only for Danish organizations).
The onboarding process is relatively simple, and the Continia Delivery Network Onboarding assisted setup guide helps you navigate the process.
- To initiate the assisted setup guide in Business Central, search for Continia Delivery Network Onboarding and select the related link.
Tip
For details about the onboarding process, please refer to this article on Continia Docs: Setting up the Continia Delivery Network.
As part of the onboarding process, you'll receive an email where you have to accept the terms and conditions for using Continia Delivery Network. When you accept, Continia will perform a series of checks of your company, such as a formal organization ID validation, matching organization ID, and A/D domain with the public company registration.
Important
If you've previously joined the PEPPOL or NemHandel networks via another service provider than Continia, you must unregister with that service provider in order to be able to join the Continia Delivery Network.
Participations
When you've completed the Continia Delivery Network Onboarding assisted setup guide, you've created what's known as a participation.
A participation is basically any organization or legal entity that has joined – or requested to join – the Continia Delivery Network and is now registered as such. The participation is also what enables your organization to send and receive documents using the Continia Delivery Network.
You can follow the status of your participation in the Continia Delivery Network Participations list.
When Continia has validated the onboarding of your company, the participation in Business Central will switch to Connected, after which Continia Delivery Network will be ready for you to use.
Note
Typically, the registration process takes two working days.
