Link credit cards to expense users

  • 2 min.

The first time transactions are imported into Expense Management you can see them in the Unhandled Bank Transaction Inbox Cue. The next step is to link the credit card to an Expense user. To link a credit card to an expense user, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Unhandled Bank Transaction Inbox Cue.

  2. Select the line the card that you want to link to an expense user.

  3. Select Home > Assign card to User.

  4. Select the expense user that owns the Card > OK.

    Assign card to user lookup
  5. Select which Payment Type to link to the credit card and the OK.

When the credit card is linked to the expense user, Expense Management will automatically know which expense user the transactions belong to in the future when new transactions are imported for this specific card.

Transactions will only appear in the Unhandled Transaction Inbox if a new credit card has been activated.
