2. In which situations do you need to specify the Alternative Vendor Information?
If there is a need for an alternative vendor for the payment.
To change special characters or add an abbreviation of the vendor name without compromising the original vendor information.
If vendor is very well known and you want to add a nickname or other fun information.
3. How is the Bank Holiday Setup useful?
It tells you when you can call the bank.
Payment Management updates the due date or cash discount date of a payment, if one of these dates fall on a bank holiday.
The payment date will automatically be set to a day later than the bank holiday.
It will move the due date to after the bank holiday to avoid cash discount.
