Using the Purchase Contracts module you can manage recurring expenses or subscriptions, such as:
- Software licenses
- Insurance policies
- Phone and internet services
- Subscriptions to online content
- Newspapers and magazines
When expenses such as these are linked to a purchase contract, Expense Management can automatically approve and post any incoming expenses that match the details of the purchase contract. In this way, your company can save many hours of manual labor and hassle.
Purchase contracts also include a regular review cycle, so that you're always on top of whether these subscriptions and recurring expenses need to be renewed, modified, or canceled.
The Purchase Contracts module is also available as part of Continia's Document Capture solution, and users who have installed both solutions can handle all their purchase contracts in the same location inside Business Central.
