Email templates in Document Output are where you set up the content, style and attachments of the emails used to send reports to customers and vendors. Document Output comes with a wide range of email templates as starting points, but you need to adjust these to match your company’s brand and communication preferences and requirements. It is also possible to create your own email templates to match exactly what your company needs to handle with Document Output.

Scenarios
This module follows a series of scenarios faced by Ester, a bookkeeper at Cronus, who has just started working with Document Output to smoothly and reliably send invoices to customers. But she also needs to satisfy Cronus’ marketing department who need communication to match the brand, and to follow guidelines for sending the terms and conditions and a privacy notice with all emails.
