Business value
When documents are open in Continia Document Capture, they haven't been registered yet and are therefore stuck in accounts payable until somebody there goes ahead and registers them. To avoid accumulating such unprocessed documents, it's important that the right people are notified at the right time, so they can take action. This feature will do exactly that.
Feature details
With this feature, emails will be sent to designated admins like AP managers to notify them that there are documents that haven't yet been registered in Document Capture. Until now, email notifications have only been sent to approvers during document approval, but with this release Document Capture will send out notifications at an earlier stage in the process as well. This will ensure that unprocessed documents are dealt with in a timely manner.
