Setting up the Continia File Service in Business Central
When you've set up a repository and authorization key for the Continia File Service, you must configure the service in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Important
The details you entered in the configuration tool when configuring the Continia File Service must be reused when you set up the service in Business Central, so they must be identical to those you entered when you set up the service in Business Central, so they must be identical to the ones you enter when following the guide below.
Files Service Setup in OPplus
To configure the Continia File Service for OPplus, follow these steps:
Choose the icon, enter File Service List, and then choose the related link.
Choose a code for the configuration at your discretion and fill out the Code. You can set up individual lines with specific codes if you want to use different configurations.
Fill out the Server, Server Port, Repository, and Authorization Key fields.
Important
Your Server Port, Repository, and Authorization Key entries must be identical to must be identical with the corresponding entries you added in the configuration tool when you configured the Continia File Service. Also, the paths must correspond to the root folder you specified in the configuration tool.
Optional: If your server setup requires a secure connection using cryptography, SSL, or similar, enable Use Secure Connection.
Optional: Select the three dots at the top to verify the setup and then select Test Connection. A dialog with connection details appears. Select OK to close it.
Note
The connection test does not check any user permissions on the server.
The Continia File Service is now fully configured and ready for use to set up the file import and export paths in OPplus.
Setting up the File Import and Export Paths
To configure the File Import and Export paths in OPplus, you must add the File Service Code to the different setup pages, where you maintain the path specifications. The following example shows the basic procedure.
- Choose the icon, and enter Pmt. Import Setup, and then choose the related link.
- Open the Pmt. Import tab and select the Fileservice Code for CAMT File Service Code.
- Now, select the configured CAMT Import Path and the CAMT Backup Path.
You can now import or export files using the Continia File Service in OPplus.
